Neolife.... The company that took my money

I registered with Neolife on the 15 April 2019, I paid a fee of R670 on the neolife website in order to get a start up kit... I was able to log onto my neolife account until the 19th of April when I tried to log in and it said subscription expired yet I paid R670... I contacted NeoLife and they say my reg fee for the starter kit isn't reflecting so where has my R670 gone? I want answers
