LACK OF PAYMENT AFTER SERVICES RENDERED

This black male owned business owner outsourced 360 marketing sources from my business. For two months he has been promising to pay with countless excuses and stories ranging from he has received the funds from his father and will process payment to he is working on processing the payment to he will process the payment to he will try to process payment. He has now decided to not pay and stop communications because he received communication that we will have to take this further legally. This is a business that claims to provide a service and we advertised those services for three months now on digital (paid media) and out of home (billboards).
