Replies were blocked and ignored when asking about content and nutritional ingredients of Sea Moss Product

In my dealings with this company, they failed to answer my questions as to the ingredients of their Sea Moss product. I was forwarded a list of emails, but received replies that my email was blocked from their system. Names were given such as Dr. Rory Jean-Jacques (who I was supposed to be talking to on WhatsApp), Dr. Okker Botha, Carmi Wilmans (Pharmacologist), Masher (Pharmacist), General inquiries. I was receiving mumbo jumbo info, but nothing to do with the question at hand. Then I forwarded my enquiry to the email addresses, but found myself to be blocked from all of them. I am still waiting to receive a fair reply to a fair question of a product being sold to me as the consumer of it. Hopefully my email is not blocked here too.
