NO FEEDBACK ON EMAIL/WHATSAPP

I was looking forward to actually purchasing their products . It looked promising. But if company doesn't get back to you when you have questions about a product, theb you start to doubt whether the products are good . I have been e-mailing them(multiple times over months) and I've sent them a WhatsApp, and I'm talking to them via their Facebook messenger, but still they can't give me any response on my question about a product. I'm really disappointed and I'm hesitant to buy a product from them or to recommend them to anyone.
