Misgivings

In my dealings with this company they failed to answer my questions regarding the quality of their product(s). I received only 1 partial response to my main concern I raised. Upon responding to this reply and requesting a definitive answer to my questions, I received none. Before writing this review I reached out to NeoGenesis, requesting any comment. I was told they would get back to me. Once more I received no reply, and it has been more than 3 weeks. As such I cannot take them seriously and have, to say the least, serious misgivings about this company. They certainly have not earned my trust.
