Worse wifi provider ever

Pls can someone send experienced technicians to come and see what the hell is going on with this Neofibre Vaaltriangle its the worse internet service provider ever. The people in the office is always helpfull but something is major wrong with this fibre lines i hardly have connection i have a 8 meg line its slow and always loosing connection i work from home and can not afford to loose production time. This is unacceptable !!!!!!!!
