BAD SERVICE

I'm so disgusted!! This company doesn't care about their customers. I report just about everyday that my connection is slow, non-existent or dropping all the time. Unfortunately in my area they are the only service provider with their own towers - don't for one minute think that makes them reliable, it doesn't. When I signed the contract I purposely asked: "what about loadshedding?" I was assured we have battery back up. Now I'm told if the loadshedding is more frequent then the batteries don't have enough time to recharge - is that my problem? They are being paid for a service they are not providing!! So get solar then - you are the most expensive service provider in the area it's your responsibility to supply the service!!
