Lost parcel
I have ordered a fuel pump for a ford ranger 4.0 v6 2005 model from neodo-Inc, my pacerl was launched on the 7 February...given that fastways corrior will deliver the product given the tracking nber to check... Only to find my parcel was not snanned or captured on their system.. Naedo claimed they collected the parcel,but they can't proof a signature of collections.. I am now in between the fight of 2 companies.. All I want is my parcel

16 Feb 2022, 14:27A very big thanks to Neville Campher for working out on my issue as quick as possible... Jst got a call from fastways corrior that they will be replacing my parcel and they will let me know as soon as the delivery is processed... Well done!!

Proof off collection was sent to Fastway Couriers that proved the Driver for Couriers did collect and sign for order at warehouse.
Just processed the new pump replacement which Fastway Couriers wil cover for losing order. They will collect order again tomorow morning with the same tracking number provided.
Please note that the problem as discussed telephonically , was not my company Neodo-Inc but in fact the courier company.
