NEVER USE NEOCOMMS

<p>I made the mistake of cancelling my telkom lines and opting to go with Neocomms voip lines after I was convinced by the sales person that this would be more affordable than Telkom and that I would NEVER experience problems with my lines. What a mistake! I am at the point where I can honestly say I have never had such bad service from 1 company. There has been multiple technicians at my premises over last months and it seems the one knows less than the other! Every time there is a different excuse and someone else is blamed. My business looks unproffessional as my clients can not get through to my offices and all Neocomms can do is test my lines the whole time. Why would I be wasting my time phoning you if my lines are working? I have heard of multiple people in our area that are experiencing the same problems with Neocomms which brings me to the conclusion that Neocomms is selling a product that they have NO knowledge of. I have spoken to everybody from switchboard, technicians, sales reps to the manager who have done absolutely nothing about the issues so PLEASE do not waste your money and time by using their services!!</p>
