If this system is not offline, our phones are registering. if that is not the case, there is no network coverage...seriously???

When a complaint is logged at 8:10 am, even at 13:31 pm nothing is being done. The phones can go offline for more than 24 hours at a time. Seriously though, how are we supposed to run a business when our phone are not working?
