UNHAPPY

So i had specs made at Neo Westgate. For some reason my eyes did not want to adjust to te new lenses after i gave it about a month. Even though i was reassured that my script did not change much. I went back for another eye test. The Optometrist agreed to redo the lenses in my current script. The lady at the front desk marked the lenses with a black marker so that the lab can position the lenses correctly. When i went back a few weeks thereafter to collect the specs. the black dots were still on the lenses. So, it they put new lenses in why the black marks was still on it i asked her. She just smiled and said no the lenses was swapped out. But it felt to me like the lenses was swapped out. To date I am still wearing my old specs. So basically, the new specs were a waist of my hard-earned money.
