Pathetic!

I have been having endless problems making a booking. Back and forth and a constant disappointment. Today was the most disappointing experience ever. I booked my son for an appointment and was told 21 August. After trying endlessly to confirm the booking, I got no reply. Then Tuesday I yet again send a message requesting confirmation only to be told they can't confirm the booking because the system is down. Today I send another message to confirm my appointment for tomorrow. Oh no, they don't have an appointment booked for tomorrow. Now here is the thing, nobody knows what is happening with the WhatsApp bookings and nobody can confirm bookings. Yet again they can squeeze him in for today at 3pm. OK, so I go and this woman doesn't know anything about a booking. The level of miscommunication is beyond me. I then just got off WhatsApp a few minutes ago about this booking. Nothing ready. No folder and the to be told they will see my son after the 3pm appointment. Luckily that person didn't pitch up. Probably just as fed up as I am. Noooo I am never going back there!!!
