Neo Star provided excellent service. They are quite competent. Responds to the Whatsapp message quite soon. They helped us even when we encountered a car trouble during our stay in Capetown. Within minutes of calling Neo Star and informing them of our concern, we received a call for assistance. During our journey, they called to see if everything was in order.
