AVOID THIS OPTOMETRIST

On the 14th of September, I made a payment for glasses. The glasses and contact lenses were both wrong. Almost 5 months later and I am still trying to get proper glasses and contact lenses. This is my first and last time with this optometrist. I have requested a refund but I'm getting a run around. If the optometrist is the owner, why is she making me wait until Thursday to deal with my complaint???? Horrible service!
