No deliver and refusal to refund deposit

My wife and I ordered a blanket box from Neoclassique located in Fourways Crossing complex in Johannesburg. We ordered this in December 2014 and paid a deposit of 75% of the total cost. <br> <br> The item was to be delivered in 2 weeks. In 2 weeks the item was delivered in a terrible condition, rusty hindges, missing *****s, wrong material, torn edges, etc.<br> <br> We returned it with the promise of it being rectified - 3 months later, numerous phone calls and SMS's and the supplier refused to deliver the item or refund the amount paid already.<br> <br> Goes without saying but we are not going to order anything from here again and neither should you.
