POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Took my staff for a Xmas lunch.. Over priced used to be a good venue .new owners now for about a year All but 2 got food poisoning.. Fish overcooked and owner was made aware..and told the waitress j"ust leave it" I did go see hom Rakesh the next day to give him feedback in a constructive way...he had to explanation or solution to the poor customer experience. Back of house was appalling..dirty untidy and definitely not up to food standards that should be uphelwas called Jukios before..
