Deposit Not Refunded as in her T&Cs

I ordered a cake from her and deposited R300 to confirm my booking .. I then later ran into some issues and requested to cancel the booking to receive the 50% refund that is on her terms and conditions she further said no she can't give my refund so I said it's okay I'll then continue with the cake and figure something else out .. she ignored that request and deleted my number and never responded to my message

I understand she's a home based Bakery but that not how you treat customers especially because I was open about everything
