No report of reason for it in warranty

I reported a faulty energizer via security experts who did the installation less than a year ago. I was told the item was repaired at Nemtek but did not fall under warranty the like cause of fault was power surge. I requested a report confirming cause and part repaired or damaged. It is unlikely to be power surge as the entire 8 unit complex would have experienced the sameproblem on all fencing.<br> to date I have not had feedback and am without security/energizer.
