Terrible service and standards

Three years ago I used this company and was happy with the workmanship. Unfortunately, my opinion has changed. When I recently contacted them for more work, I was simply blocked without any explanation. As someone who believed in supporting local businesses and returning to companies that had previously done work for me, I found this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Courtesy costs nothing. A simple 'I'm unavailable' or 'I'm unable to assist' would have been far more respectful than blocking a former customer.""It's an interesting business model—do a good job, then block repeat customers when they try to give you more work. I always thought repeat business was something companies worked hard to earn, not avoid. Wishing you all the best with that strategy
