Totally Unproffesional
<p>Staff and Manager were totally unproffesional. No client service s****s. Contracts to be signed not legal at all. </p> <p>After emails confirming that I would be put on a short list, I still needed to phone only to hear that there were a few store units available the last month or so but no one informed me. After confirming a unit they still changed the unit number a few times. Filled in all the paper work with the correct documentations attached, only to be informed that it is not what they want or need. They want a signed contract with my rentor and them personally - which is not inlign with the consumer act - if you pay a car monthly how can the contract be on some one elses name? It would be my personal stuff in storage and I would make the monthly payment. Surely you cannot hold any 3rd parties responsible?</p> <p>Even when the manager phoned me he was totally unhelpful and wouldn't even listen to my reason for being unhappy. Was only told that if you do not like it go somewhere else by the reception lady.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this how you treat all you current or potensial clients?</p>
