BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is meant to assist other consumers not to experience what I went through recently with the Nelspruit Panelbeaters. I recently took my damaged car to Nelspruit Panelbeaters. I picked them up on their website and I am regretting the very moment I visited that site. I paid them in full upfront. The owner collected the car from my house at Barberton. He indicated that he needed five weeks to fix the car. He took five months! I had to instruct an attorney on the matter. My car was eventually hurriedly fixed and the workmanship was poor and bad. The owner kept on lying about progress and started to complain about shortage of staff. I wished he had told me before so that I tried other panelbeaters who would not complain after taking money. Word of advice if anyone is intending Nelspruit Panelbeaters please be careful. I have told the owner that what he has indicated in his site is misleading and wrong.
