Room sold

We booked online 2night 27-29 nov 2021 on route to the wedding we were going to a lady called to confirm if we coming and we said YES, upon checking in later that evening we were told that our room was sold , bare in mind we we also traveling with a 11month old child , we we then sent to emnotweni southern sun only to find it is double the price of what we were going to pay.... I’m appalled by the service we got ,by the ‘manager ‘ who instead of addressing the issue kept on repeating that she also let kids at home. We have always booked there but I must say never book nor recommend someone to book there
