Failure to explain the Sales contract prior to the property Sales

Hellow Peter I need your assistance on my issue. I was selling my property(home) based in Nelspruit. An Agent from Nelspruit home called me an offering to assist me to sell my property. When we were angage on our conversation I told Mrs Ann that I have another Agent that also assist me to sell the house. The reason for that is my house was in arrears with Mbombela municipality because I was owing R38.000 for water bill as the previous Tenant ********** bypass water connection. Then Mrs Ann agreed to sell my property and paper work document were sent via my work email address and I sign them and send them back to her.

Mrs Ann had a Client that was willing to buy my property but the Client proposal was turn down by the bank. Then I called and inforn Mrs Ann that the Second Agent had a potential buyer for my property. After a day or two Mrs Ann called me informing me that she have another interested Client to buy my property. I told Mrs Ann that the Second Agent is busy with the paper work for her Cleint and they are waiting for the Client bank to approve the buying of the house and she must wait and see if the processes has approved then Mrs Ann was angry with me. She told me that I am waisting her time. The deal for the Second Agent was approved then I called her to arlet Mrs Ann was very angry and aggressive to me. She never explained to me the procedure of having two agents selling one house..She kept quite.

The process of my property with the Second Agent continued until all the payment of water bills, agent fee, transfere fees were settled and the balance that was due to me was paid to my bank account.

Almost after 2 years from that time the Court Sherrif pitch up in my with a Summon of R58.000( amount that I agreed to pay for Mrs Ann if only she did manage to sell my property. When I asked the Sherrif what must I do with the Summons she told me i must call or write an e mail to Mrs Ann Lawyers. I tried several time to contact the number written on my severd documents and also writting emails but there was no respond from them.Then I went back to the Court and I was that the days that I was suppose to come to Court to state my case were over yet I was mislead by the Sherrif.

After some months then again the Sherrif came into my house, she wanted to write my furniture in order to auction them in order to get R58.000 commission for Mrs Ann.She gave me the Lawayers contact.

Mrs Ann Lawyer wanted me to pay the amount cash bt when I went to the bank to borrow money to pay off R58.000. I was told that Nelspruit home pout aJudgement against my name and my request was turned down. I negotiated with Mrs Ann Lawyer that I will pay 10.000 on monthly (6 months)basis until I finish the amount owed then they agreed. I have already finished paying the amount of R58.000.Then the Mrs Ann Lwayers want another R16.700 for interest, court fees, emails correspondence to me.

This is **************** , why I must pay another amount as the original money that I was sued for I have already paid and I am just neutral person I don't have any information about FICA laws. I am milked and manipulated by this people Please help me out drained and helpless.
