Warranty not Honoured

<p>I feel that the service offered by Nelspruit Auto (Ford Dealership) is really bad. I purchased a Ford Ranger 3.2 Cab and Half 4 x 4 LDV and the gearbox broke which they replaced it with a "new one" then a few months later the new gearbox broke and then Ford replaced the gearbox again but this time with a reconditioned gearbox and they extended my warrentee to 200,000 Km, now the vehicle is at approximately 150,000 Km and the gearbox has broken again and Nelspruit Auto say they cannot honour the warrenty as the vehicle services after the service plan was up, were not done at a ford dealership, I feel that the services were done at the correct intervals even if not done at a dealership they should honour the extended warranty on the gearbox.</p>
