Poor After Sales services!!!

Bought a double cab bakkie from this dealer ship. Received the bakkie from a driver with both front tyres ready to be replaced. Drove to nelspruit to do that (160km from us) canopy wiring not connected and still isnt when we received the bakkie. Also wasnt checked by the sales rep. Two months later got pulled over and the liscense has already expired in December. It was them APRIL and we bought the bakkie in February........ obviously should have checked but you think when you pay for something you get what you pay for. I had to go to th Traffic dept 2 times (because of poor systems etc) to even get helped, then pay R1118.00 myself. Only to learn bakkie must now go through the test again. I phoned the dealer principle. It was hursday the 28th of april and we where leaving for holiday on the 29th. That afternoon around 4 I received papers saying the bakkie went through the test in nelspruit ( the bakkie was with me in Burgersfort?) Friday morning I went back to the traffic department. I needed another certified copy of my husbands Id because the one from the previous day has been filed.......really????....... so back home for ID book and to the office for copies and police station and then again to the traffic department. After finally being done there........numberplates! I am not a happy customer by now! Numberplates on I now have to send them my ID, Bankstatements and the invoices for a refund. I am the customer here right?? It is now thursday, yesterday he said the payment has been done and he would send me the proof............ummmm.... Now I would like to know the ammount they charge me for liscense and registration fee, where does that go to?????? Why do we get charged this if we have to do it ourselves.....I have never done it myself btw! Sad truth is its poor salesman ship thats making the whole business look bad!!! If you do something do it right!!!
