Nelspruit Auto POOR service

I bought a 2nd hand VW Touran from Nelspruit Auto during March 2021, the transaction was flawless and service before delivery of the vehicle was really good, but that's where any form of service stopped.

Vehicle battery died within the first couple of days that I had the vehicle, because it was seen as an "electrical problem" it was not covered by the dealer and I had to buy a new battery out of my own pocket.

Rear door lock broke also within the first week, it was fully refunded by the dealer though.

The vehicle was bought in MP but as I reside in GP it was decided that I would register and do the licencing of the vehicle in GP and would be refunded then (as this service is a paid for service from the dealer). To date all communications from myself to the dealer in this regard has fell on death ears.

During Dec 2021, I had the vehicle at Tyremart for a pre-holiday inspection. With utter disgust the technician pointed out to me that the spare wheel have been welded and that a tubeless tire could not be put on the rim as the rim was so badly damaged that it was impossible to correctly balance the tire and it would be catastrophic to put this wheel on the vehicle in an emergency.

I have opted to replace the standard steel wheels with new alloys when I bought the vehicle, and assumed that they would check all the tires as I had done this all through the dealer, before I took delivery of the vehicle.

The pre-delivery service and inspection is paid and we as consumers have NO say on this fee that is charged by dealerships, but this service was clearly not carried out in full.

I have taken this up with the dealership, but once again NO communication from the dealer have been received.

Although the first impressions of Nelspruit Auto (Mazda)was positive the after sales service is non existent, they do not even have the professionalism to reply that they take note of the issue. They opted to have NO communication what so ever. Really pathetic after sales service.
