Ford is trash

<p>Firstly, nobody told me when I could fetch my car. I had to make repeated calls to the dealership asking if my car is ready. Then I got told that there was a problem with Telkom lines. That is not an excuse because in 2017, people have cellphones.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then my car came back with a host of problems that nobody could explain to me. After being serviced, the gears kept getting stuck and fan belt "loosened" while I was driving and I had to continue going with with a horrible flapping noise coming from the engine.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I took my car in again, I was told that my car needed wheel alignment, engine cleaning and a new fan belt. I paid over R13 000 for a service and extra parts yet it clearly was not done and Ford was confident enough to allow me to drive my family around in a death trap?</p> <p> </p> <p>When I called to find out what was wrong with my car, nobody could tell me what was wrong with it! The lady at the workshop promised to call me back to tell me what was wrong with my car but never did. Not only that but I had to call the workshop many times because nobody answers the phone and when they do, they give you attitude like nurses at public hospitals. I had to ask my father to go to the dealership and handle this for me because I was so upset.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am bitterly disappointed in Ford, you would think that with all the exploding cars and recalls, they would take better car of us but at this point there is no difference in having your Ford serviced by Ford or some guy under a tree.</p> <p> </p> <p>My next car will not be a Ford. This dealership i trash! Ford is trash!</p>
