Ford 2.2 Diesel cab and a half

We took our newly purchased Ford from Nelspruit Auto for its first service(15/5/2015) and asked about the rubberizing coming lose on the back of the vehicles loadbin.The vehicle is not hard working and only used for town purposes and there is no heavy loads loaded on the loadbin.the rubberizing is peeling of from the loadbin we spoke to Sarah two times without any response(Tel nr: ***).<br> <br> Area manager [Email Removed]
