Bad workmanship

I ordered a wooden pedestal from a guy who advertised a wooden pedestal. I was shocked and disappointed by the filthy workmanship. He promised to return my money a week later only for him to say he had been drinking and couldn't make it. He is from the marianhill area. Please don't do business with this guy. His cell no is ***.
