Worst restaurant experience

This restaurant is by far the worst. They are rude, ****** and the service is beyond reprehensible. The waiter's response when asked about an item on the menu is that it is "self explanatory". Management is just as indifferent then you understand the attitude of the staff. It starts from the top. No cutlery, no wine glasses. You have to ask several times only to be met with arrogance. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Absolutely deplorable!!!
