USELESS with NO service for what is due to us!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Between my Son, my Wife and Myself we have now tried so many times to get the original diploma of my Son from Nelson Mandela University. Their student records email address (***) is managed very well and emails are rep**** to very quickly. BUT, their exams email address (***) - if this email address is manned, whoever is manning it should all be FIRED. Absolutely USELESS. No one returns ANY mails sent to this mail address. The problem is that their student records people ONLY refer you to this exams address. What a JOKE! ALL I am asking for is to get the original copy of my Son's Diploma....nothing more AND nothing less. NMU was QUICK to demand payment from me for my Son's studies! And now that I am asking for what is due to us....NO ONE is even trying to assist!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NMU....this is sickening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
