Delivery of certificate

I requested for the delivery of my certificate and I was told to pay R270 delivery fee of which I did...Despite paying the R270 delivery fee and multiple follow-up calls, I received no updates on my certificate's delivery. Each time, I was assured someone would check and get back to me, but they never did. I was eventually told the certificate was with the couriers, yet I still haven't received any communication from them. The lack of updates and response has been disappointing.
