Waterworks, metre water leak

My name is Mrs Laura Zealand. I reported a meter water leaks on 20 November 2020 . Received a ref ***. Today is the 10th December and the water is still running down the street. I keep o phoning to follow up and they keep on promising the the matter is being escalated as urgent. They transfer me to the metre shop but they never answer their phones. The supervisor, Thank, advised on the 2rd Decw that it will be fixed that day but still no luck. There is now a whole in my drive way. Everywhere time i drive in or out then my car bumps. The servive at Waterworks are ridiculous. This morning I was told to report the matter at my nearest depot. I cant because I'm in isolation and my husband in.hospital. Please assist urgently.
