Water leak reported 12 days ago

<p>I reported a water leak to the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality Water department on the 08th March 2017 (Ref Number 914266). I have been calling the water department every second day since the 08th to follow up on the status of my query. I have been told countless times that the matter was escalated to a "Contractor" but till today no one has showed up at my house to fix the leak. There is a pool of water in my drive way such that I can't even park my car inside the yard. I'm really frustrated and annoyed with the poor service delivery. </p>
