Water leak

Good day all My wife laid a complaint via email for a leaking tap just before my water meter.....now this was on the 9th of January 2020 ....almost a month later no one has been there no fixing .....not getting through to them. Everytime I phone ***they put me through either no answer or just goes off....been trying to get hold of them via ***/15 nothing not even a ring. Now let me ask this ....if I dont pay my account I get put off asap till I pay....but If it can't get done then I will also have no other option as to get someone out to check my house wall for damp and send you the bill as the water leak is against my house wall.
