Unacceptable

I have been trying since the 11 October 2024 for answers from the ward 39 Councillor and the electrical department regarding what pole number my property operates from as well as who is liable to repair a power box which lays outside my property that the wind caused a telkom pole destroy. As it's in the municipale pavement outside my property and the power box is not my property I don't see why I should pay for the repair when the damage had nothing to do with me. Chis van Aswegan who works at the municipality has since turned off the power to my house, after it had been connected to a spare line, I now sit without power which is a human right and what I pay for everything up to date and on time. Council Margaret de Andrade of ward 39 was informed of this and has had no results
