terrible road conditions

I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities through the column of your daily, to the pitiable condition of roads in Jeffreys Bay, especially in Paradise Beach. The condition of roads in this town has become very pathetic and dangerous. There are big potholes in the middle of the roads and everywhere around. Almost a year has passed that I`ve send emails and pictures to the JB Municipality but roads and our street, Guy Avn are not yet repaired. The road users, and especially the residents of the city have to face great inconvenience besides the danger to drivers and damages to our car. There are also unacceptable traffic conditions. People driving aggressive and too fast to avoid the potholes, coming in our directions of collision course. Innumerable accidents have also taken place. Traffic cops are watching the show, standing next to the road enjoying themselves and nothing is happening. The City Corporation seems to be helpless in this matter. The local Municipality never rep**** to my emails with my complaints. Incompetence, Ignorance and lying to people that’s common practice in Jeffreys Bay Municipality. I would request the civic authorities to take necessary measures to get the road repaired as early as possible. WHY WE ARE PAYING HIGH TAX AND RATES EACH MONTH AND WHERE IS THE MONEY WHICH SO POSE TO BE USE FOR REPAIR WORKS AND MAINTENANCE? *****, bribery that’s what`s happening here in SA. No control measures in place, none is taking responsibility and unqualified, uneducated people sitting in the wrong position. Hope a change will gonna come soon in this country, it’s already too late.
