Surprising good service from Mandela Municipality customer care

It is not often we get any service from the local municipality, but thumbs up to Mqomboti Nomazotsho at Mandela Metro customer care.

Not only did they attend to my email sooner than expected they also came back with well informed information.

It was obvious they took the time to investigate the matter and advised how to resolve the matter.

This person put the SERVICE back into SERVICE delivery.
