Shops in neighbourhood Yards

Ward 6 Neighbourhood:

The unregulated yard shops in neighbourhoods should be investigated. Cigarettes are sold to minors, alcohol and substances on premises.

Drunk and extremely loud people braking alcohol bottles at house boundary walls. Nobody is giving a damn. The parents have no idea what their children are expose too - or - they don't want to know. I am living next to one of these yard shops and have to clean the broken alcohol bottles and garbage on a daily basis. This is malicious damage to property and ********.

what authority is going to do something about this.
