Sewerage leakage

I have been calling the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality for the past 2 months with no help.I have lodge a ticket for a sewerage leakage,there are people's feces and ******s all over the yard and i have a 1 year old child who i have to make sure she does not go outside.I can't even eat because of the smell.I'm afraid we will get sick becuse of this situation my reference number is *** my address is 14 Nondumo Street,Soweto-on-sea.
