Sewer blocked for 2months, NMBM keep on making empty promises

I have been unable to use showers and toilets for the last 2 weeks. 2 months ago I reported a sewer blockage. When the problem keeps on recurring, I again called the "sewerage complain number" it turned out they never unblocked the drain since the first call. The first call was on 19/06/2020 where I received the ref number ***. On 12/08/2020 I phoned in and was told that they have not closed the ref nr. For the last 2 weeks I have been phoning about every day and all they can say is "sorry to hear about your problem". What are these people doing with their time taking our rates and tax while leaving us in serious unconstitutional living conditions?
