Sewarage everywhere - ref no. ***

We have been struggling with a blocked drain for over a month. Problem is not just our house, it's the whole block. Our neighbouring street has the same problem for more than a month with no help from our municipality. We have logged service requests and have been to the office only to be chased away because we were told we are making too much noise. Our yards are filling up with sewerage and the only thing that we are told is that they are on their way, we should wait. The first time we were told to dig up the yard as they do not dig, which we did but still nothing. This is frustrating because, if the neighbour flushes or opens up a tap, the faeces comes up on our side. This is no way to live. We desperately need help.
