PrePaid Electricity Meter Blocked for NO REASON

<p>I cannot load electricity as my meter is blocked, still takes the money off my account but no token send, please also note: ACCOUNT NOT IN ARREARS!</p> <p> </p> <p>Currently have 1 unit left, what on earth do I do? Number is engaged!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>ACC number: ********** 1110</p>
