Pothole damage to my car.

I drove into potholes with my car on the 03/06/2021 and have handed the necessary documents to the emails provided *** / ***. and every time i ask them how far are they with my claim they say they still need to investigate, it has been 4 months now and my car has very bad damage on the suspension as well as my wheels where the tyer's wears of and they say they cant be hold accountable if my car get more damage cause of the damage already done due to the potholes the road I'm driving. I need this sorted ASAP cause I have no other vehicle to drive with if my car brakes down completely. I need to get my baby to school and I need to get to work. and has no other transport, they still did not fix all the potholes on mission rd and Blommelaan that looks so bad it can cause an accident are they going to buy me a new car if mine gets in an accident due to these potholes.
