Port Elizabeth Municipality Negligence

I currently reside in Joburg and my grandmother is in Port Elizabeth. When I spoke to her this morning she said her electricity has been down since last night. My mother contacted the Municipality 3 times this morning. The call center agent said they'd go to my grandmother and see what was happening. At 14:00 today, I also checked up to see if the electrician went to see to the problem. I was unsuccessful. I called in 3 times. Now at 18:45 the agent is telling me I will only be assisting tomorrow. How? Because I was never given a reference number cause my quiry wasn't noted to send someone. My grandmother being an elderly woman must again sit without electricity tonight. What is she supposed to eat? This is because of more than 2 people who didn't care to make note, to send an electrician. This is unacceptable
