I am not happy about the utter, pathetic service delivery of the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality, specifically the Parks Department, which has to oversee the maintenance of trees in our Metro. I called their office numerous times since November, only to find that the telephones are unmanned. I eventually got through in early February and a reference number was at last allocated to me. I phoned again on 3 February but to my surprise the reference number allocated to me, was not on their system. The tree in front of my property has overgrown branches and poses a danger to the visibility of motorists.
