NOT WORKING STREET LIGHT

Good Day. I would like to address a situation that have been going on for the last 3 months. We have a dead street light in Hanekom street Ferguson Township in Port Elizabeth for the last 3 months. During this covid 19 time it is very unsafe to go outside in our own yard as it is pitch black in the street. I have a father that works night shift most of the time and my mom needs to go outside late at night or very early in the morning to open the gate and I feel that its very unsafe for her to do that as there is no working light. We also stay next to very dangerous people that *****s for a living and I feel like we are so unsafe and we can't even see in our yard what is going on. We have been reporting this light every since and no respond. The Municipality collects the black bags every Tuesday, and them it is also dark but they don't see it not working Could you please help us feel safe again? Or help us solve the problem. Thank You.
