No service delivery from municipality - water burst

I have been reporting a water leak for over 2 weeks now and yet no one attended , I cancelled a memorial on the 30/10/2020 because of the water coming inside the yard from the burst on the municipality side I called every day , I now don’t know what to do as to where to escalate the matter Every day I have been promised that someone will come and attend since today The condition has become unbearable for us to live in , can someone please be send and attend the water in my yard Address: ,Uitenhage ,scheepers hoogte Reference number :*** Today we notice that the whole brick wall is moving in front , my assumption is the foundation is being weakened by the water This may cause incidents and the possibility the wall will fall

No one from the municipality is attending to the incident , everyday is a promise This is causing more damages in the house and most of all we are living in an unbearable situation can someone refer me to someone that I further escalate this matter .
