NMBM Service?? What Service???

<p>We owned a property in PE and sold it last year, almost 18 months later we are still waiting for our refund. It has taken this long to obtain a final reading and only under threat of handing this matter over to our attorneys have I been provided with an amount due to be refunded. As of the 10.08.17 I have been trying to establish when this matter will be finalised but there is no point in contacting the Refund department as they do not answer their phones or respond to emails and when one requests to be put through to the manager/ess of the department the phone either does not get answered or it gets picked up and put down immediately without you ever talking to the manager. If we as ratepayers were to take this long to pay our accounts we would be shut off in a heartbeat, what gives the municipality the right to ignore us the ratepayers like this after all they are supposed to be employed to assist us. </p>
