Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality Nightmare

Since I send the first review I have not heard from NMBM nor did they sort out my account. We are in the process of selling this property as it was a nightmare for us to stay there with these endless expenses due to municipal accounts. And we only lived there for a year an a half. My husband and I are still awaing the Final MIA report that they have been busy with since June 2019. Municipality just send us statements with the same amounts. The monies I pay does not even reflect on this statements. Please my husband is unemployed and we desperately need help to sort out this account
